Paired with an easy-to-use RFID reader app, Impact Tech streamlines volunteer operations and automates the volunteer logging process. Designed to efficiently track the status of volunteers checking in and out on-site and log hours automatically into the app.

Problem
When volunteering with an organization, their volunteer check-in process is typically incredibly slow and tedious for both the organization supervisors and the volunteers, usually taking at least an hour to check every volunteer in. It's also usually done on paper, slowing the check-in process down significantly and posing a risk for the papers getting lost or damaged. The same issues apply to checking out each volunteer and tracking their service hours.
Solution
Giving back to your community should be simple and stress-free. Impact Tech makes that possible by streamlining the volunteer check-in process and tracking systems. We achieve that by providing a system of wristbands equipped with the latest RFID Code technology paired with a RFID reader app that ensures that volunteer operations and databases are organized and easy to navigate for site supervisors and volunteers. This makes keeping track of information on engagement and demographics an easy process—where volunteers are coming from, how long and frequent they are volunteering, their interest, and their return rate—all online in a secure database.
