is a Texas-based real estate developer, owner, and operator. A website redesign and revamp for Presidium's company website was needed.

First, I located the current website's pain points as a user. Next, I researched other websites within the real estate industry to see what was working for them. Then, I mocked up a proposed redesign of some of the major website touch points to include larger and more eye-catching images, and breaking up text blocks by including infographics and staggering the composition of text and images. These changes made the information easier to quickly skim through and get a clear idea of what the company is about and what they offer.
